General Terms and Conditions

This General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as: GTC) contains the general terms and conditions, including the rights and obligations of the customer (hereinafter referred to as: Customer) for the purchase of spa tickets and gift vouchers on the www.spaheviz.hu website of St. Andrew Hospital for Rheumatology and Medicinal Spa of Hévíz (hereinafter referred to as: Service Provider). (the Service Provider and the Customer hereinafter collectively referred to as: Parties)

By purchasing a spa ticket or a gift voucher on the website, the Customer declares that he or she understood the GTC, accepts it and undertakes to be bound by its terms and conditions.

  1. This General Terms and Conditions shall comprehensively regulate the rights and obligations of the Service Provider and the Customer regarding the conclusion of a contract related to the online purchase of spa tickets to the Lake Bath through the website.
  2. Natural persons under the age of 16 are not allowed to purchase tickets through the website.
  3. The Contract is concluded by and between the Parties upon the confirmation of the purchase by the Service Provider. The Contract concluded shall not be deemed to be a written agreement, will not be archived and subsequently accessible. The proof of the conclusion of the Contract shall be the electronically saved purchase information, which shall be retained by the Service Provider until the deadline provided for by law. The Contract is concluded by and between the Parties in Hungarian.
  4. In case of a gift voucher purchase, the contract is concluded for a fixed term, which lasts until the date of validity or use of the gift voucher (whichever comes first).
  5. Invoices issued on the basis of incorrect information provided by the Customer may be cancelled and re-issued within 3 business days from the date of issue upon the written request of the Customer.

 

  • Order and purchase

 

  1. Detailed information on the tickets and gift vouchers is available on the website. If you need further information, do not hesitate to contact the Service Provider at the contact details provided.
  2. Orders placed on the website will only be confirmed and accepted by the Service Provider if all fields required for the order are filled in. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any delays, issues or errors arising out of incorrect data provided by the Customer.
  3. The tickets shall be valid for 90 days upon purchase and the validity of the tickets cannot be extended.
  4. The tickets can be redeemed at the Information Desk located at Schulhof entrance to the Lake Bath and can only be used on the day of redemption.
  5. Discounted tickets can be redeemed if proof of entitlement to the discount is presented.
  • Payment terms

Payment of the purchase price for spa tickets and gift vouchers can be made by bank card on the website of the bank contracted with the Service Provider.

Once the order has been approved, in case of online payment by bank card, the system redirects the Customer to the online payment interface of OTP Bank Zrt. The data provided on this interface is only accessible to and processed by OTP Bank Zrt., the payment data (bank card number, expiration date, verification code) will not be displayed or stored in the system of the Service Provider. The Service Provider assumes no liability for any potential errors arising on the payment page of the bank. The Service Provider will issue an electronic invoice based on the purchase data provided by the Customer, which invoice will be sent to the Customer's e-mail address within 1 hour after the payment of the purchase price.

  • Right of withdrawal/termination

Tickets and gift vouchers purchased on the website are non-refundable.

  • Privacy

Personal data obtained by the Service Provider shall be kept confidential and solely used as provided for in the Privacy Notice published on the website. Your personal data will be processed in compliance with the provisions of prevailing privacy laws. The detailed Privacy Notice of the Service Provider is available on our website.

  • Customer service and complaint management

If you have any complaints, do not hesitate to send a letter or e-mail to the Customer service center of the Service Provider. The Service Provider shall investigate and respond to your complaint within 30 days. You can also consult the staff members at the Information desk during opening hours regarding your complaints:
